Patrick J. Connor

Mr. Connor is a business attorney with 30+ years of broad based experience in advising clients on legal aspects of business matters impacting companies in the service, manufacturing and professional fields in the following sectors: private, public, nonprofit and governmental. Mr. Connor has served on the Board of private companies and has held the position of Chief Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Board of Directors. Additionally, as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Connor had oversight of workforces of more than 7,500 employees and budgets in excess of $6 Billion.

Mr. Connor authored a book titled "Avoiding the Hatchet Man: Practical Advice for the Employed and Unemployed" which rose to Amazon Kindle's top 10 Best Sellers (in career category) and 18,220 in the overall sales category out of approximately 7 million books.

Mr. Connor is a member in good standing of the Illinois State Bar since 1989 and the Wisconsin State Bar since 2014. Mr. Connor is admitted to practice before the Illinois Supreme Court, Sixth Circuit of the Federal Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit of the Federal Court of Appeals and numerous federal courts throughout the United States, He also is a Federal Trial Bar Member of the Northern District of Illinois and has represented clients in mediations, arbitrations and virtually every federal and state agency, as well as bankruptcy proceedings (Chapter 11 restructurings) and state receiverships.

Mr. Connor received his Juris Doctorate Degree (with honors) in 1989 from Loyola University School of Law, his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (with honors in Managerial Accounting) in 1986 from Loyola University of Chicago and his Masters Certificate in Human Resource Management (with distinction) in 1998 from Keller Graduate School of Management.
